Community Center Room
A Community Center Meeting Room is located in the Burnt Store Lakes Property Owners' Association office facility at 16500 Burnt Store Road, Unit #101 (back side of Turtle Crossing Plaza). It is available for residents' use free of charge. There is a $100 refundable fee for "parties." The room is also available for other groups for a $65 per use fee with an additional $65 security deposit.
Many community social activities are scheduled in the Community Center. The room may be scheduled by calling the association office at (941) 639-5881.
